He has made several presentations on the subjects of International taxation, Transfer Pricing and FEMA at various Seminars, Conferences and Study Circles meetings organized by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Bombay Chartered Accountants Society, The Chamber of Tax Consultants, Direct Tax Regional Training Institute, Income Tax Department, Mumbai, etc.

He was Chairman of the International Tax Committee of the Chamber of Tax Consultants from June, 2008 to June, 2010 & currently he is a member of the International taxation & Study Circle Committees of the Chamber of Tax Consultants.

He regularly contributes FEMA updates in The Chamber's Journal - a monthly journal of the Chamber of Tax Consultants.

Mr. Ujwal is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and LLB from Mumbai University. He has more than 15 years of post qualification experience handling various Audit, Direct tax, Transfer Pricing and litigation assignments.

He has completed article ship from Deloitte Haskins & Sells. He has experience in audit of various multinationals.

He also specializes in the field of Transfer Pricing Laws, NRI Taxation and Charitable Trust and NGO Taxation .

He is a committee member of International Tax Committee of the Chamber of Tax Consultants. He was convenor of Churchgate study circle of WIRC (2016-2018) and currently Convenor of Vile Parle Study Circle of WIRC ICAI.

CA Gunja Thakrar is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), a Commerce graduate from Mithibai College, Bachelor at Law from Mumbai University, she is also a qualified Company Secretary from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and she has completed IFRS/Ind AS Certified course from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

She currently works in N. G. Thakrar & Co. Chartered Accountant firm as Audit and Assurance Head. A professional with almost 10 years of experience in the unconventional chartered accountancy services field and she had the opportunity to work under the guidance of CA profession veterans on diverse practice areas in the early phase of her career. She manages the Audit & Assurance Department as a Senior Manager and handles Trust and Non-profit sector Audits.

She has co-authored for book on Registration, Benefits, SOP's and FAQ's on Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and StartUps India.

She has contributed for journal for the ICAI and Bombay Chartered Accountants' Society (BCAS) and have also co-authored for compilation on Mandatory Accounting Standards - Two Volumes (Ind AS) by Bombay Chartered Accountants' Society.

A professional with extensive experience in Statutory Audits and Concurrent Audits for nationalized banks as well as co-operative and Gramin banks. She has conducted Stock Audits, Revenue Audits, IS Audits for banks, and Statutory Audits for nationalized Insurance companies, government entities, and internal audits for corporate clients.

She has been engaged with corporate clients in the UK, including medical practitioners, in the finalization of financial statements and bookkeeping tasks
